Born from my deep affection for dogs, a lifetime in the animal health field, and my appreciation of artisan quality, Miramar Collars was established in Stewiacke, Nova Scotia, as a tribute to our beloved Mira, our Weimaraner pack matriarch. After she passed unexpectedly, I felt a calling to transform my grief into vibrant, handcrafted art that honours and embodies her beautiful spirit. Today, I pour that devotion into every hand woven paracord dog collar I create.
Each collar is meticulously hand-woven from the highest quality Type III paracord to ensure your companion receives gear that is safe, tough, yet soft and comfortable. We believe your pup's equipment should be a beautiful reflection of your unique bond, making every walk a safe adventure for you both.

Accuracy is key for custom paracord gear. Our materials—premium nylon paracord and hardware imported from Europe are selected for their high quality, resilience and comfort. We source 550 Paracord (Type III) for its incredible strength, ensuring your dog stays safe in every condition, from roaming the shorelines to forest hikes to city walks. Every knot is tied with masterful care.
